Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: March 26, 2026
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the Toggle platform operated by HMG Collective LLC. By using the Services, you agree to this AUP. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
The Services are intended for use by authorized travel agencies and their personnel for business intelligence, reporting, and travel management purposes.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Access or attempt to access another customer’s data or accounts
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without authorization
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Export or extract data from the Services for the purpose of building a competing product or service
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services to unauthorized third parties
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
4. Data Integrity
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input into or import through the Services. You must not intentionally upload false, misleading, or corrupt data.
5. Reporting Violations
If you suspect a violation of this AUP, please report it to husain@toggletravel.com.
6. Enforcement
Company may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations without prior notice. Company reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
Company may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted at app.toggletravel.com/acceptable-use. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
