For most agencies, Trams Back Office and ClientBase are the system of record. Every booking, every commission, every client note lives there. They’re powerful — and they were built for accounting and reservations, not for answering “how is the agency actually doing right now?” That’s the question Toggle was built to answer, and it starts with reading your existing data exactly as it is.
We meet your data where it lives
Toggle sits on top of ClientBase and Trams Back Office — it doesn’t replace them, and it doesn’t ask you to re-key anything. We support ClientBase Online (both the American and Canadian editions, with French Canadian language), ClientBase Windows, and Trams Back Office in parallel. Your back office keeps running exactly as it does today.
- Reservations, invoices, and payments mapped to a single timeline
- Gross and net commissions, including fees and adjustments
- Branch, group, and advisor structure preserved end-to-end
- Supplier and vendor relationships kept intact
From raw records to a live agency view
The hard part isn’t pulling the data — it’s making it mean something. A Trams record knows a reservation exists; it doesn’t tell you the reservation is missing a PNR, that the commission is at risk, or that the advisor is pacing 18% ahead of last year. Toggle reconstructs those relationships so that the moment your data lands, you see performance, cash flow, and quality — not rows.
Role-aware from the first sync
Because Toggle understands your agency’s branch and group structure, access falls out automatically. Admins see the whole agency. Branch managers see their team. Independent contractors see only their own book — same dashboard, same numbers, scoped to who’s looking. No separate logins, no exports passed around over email.
What this unlocks
Once the data is readable, everything downstream gets easier: commission tracking from projected to final statement, quality control that flags commission-blocking issues with a dollar value attached, and AI Studio answering plain-English questions against the very same records. Trams and ClientBase stay your foundation — Toggle just makes them legible.
